DJ Euphonik has a legal battle going on with one of the mothers of his kid when the mother refused to allow their kids with their father to spend time in Dubai. Thus, due to this, Euphonik has applied in the Joburg high court for an urgent order to force the mother of his children to allow the kids to travel with him to Dubai, the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates.
As per the court papers, DJ claimed that the woman parted ways a few years ago. Moreover, they agreed that the woman would live with the children. Euphonik agreed to it on condition that he would be given access to his children reasonably.

On 19 August, DJ informed the woman, whose identity can not be revealed for legal causes, to take their children to Dubai. So that the kids can experience theme parks. Euphonik mentioned that the biggest reason he wants his children to travel to Dubai is so that they can bond with their half-siblings. Euphonik got permission from the schools of their children and paid for their flights and accommodation as well.

DJ said on court papers that, “I, on October 3, 2023, directed correspondence to the respondent calling for the documentation necessary for the children to travel. I specifically called for copies of the minor children’s birth certificates and a signed consent form as is required.”
DJ sadly expressed that the baby mama did not agree with him to take his children to Dubai. He tried reasonably to reach an agreement with Baby Mama. However, the woman refused to discuss the matter further with him even without giving any justifications. Thus, he is left with the only option to involve lawyers, Lee Binneman of Schindlers Attorneys.

Euphonik was in Spain, thus his lawyers made it possible via the South African commissioner of oath. He stated, ” I have no other way to attest to this affidavit due to the urgency of the matter, as the nearest South African consulate is situated some seven hours away in Madrid, Spain. I cannot attend due to work requirements.”

However, the application was dismissed because the woman claimed that she agreed for the kids to visit Dubai. However, she added that Euphonik pulling the kids out of the country for a trip would not add any value to the kid’s education. Therefore she said that the matter was not just urgent. To which, Euphonik declined to comment. However, the woman could not be reached further.
